After getting past the stealth area, you will find the Chainsaw Tediz Boss. To defeat the boss, you need to stand behind one of the wooden colums so he runs into them, and then attack when he gets knocked out. Once you have defeated the boss, you will see the 
button on the ground to interact with the tree. Before you do that, you want to push Chainsaw Tediz's head, by walking into it. Push it into the basket to the right of the tree, and you will unlock the achievement.

To note, the achv unlocks right then. You don't have to finish the mission. For me I kicked the head in the wood barrel and it did not pop. So I waited around about 30-60 seconds and it popped. Before moving on and pressing the
