From the main menu, choose create, then choose tutorial Learn to Create. Complete the first several instructions, and the achievement will unlock. Continue following the instructions to unlock
It may be easier to get to tutorial module if your Xbox is offline, but that can create other issues with this unlocking. The game is buggy since online services went down.

Actually this achievement will not become unobtainable, this mode is still playable while offline.
It's also not simply called tutorial, you need to select "Learn to Create".

Thanks, it was called tutorial, but they changed that at some point.
