To reach Spark Level 25 you need 62,150 XP. XP can be acquired by completing Timed, Milestone and Goal challenges. It can also be obtained by publishing worlds once other players play and up-vote those worlds. Achievement has been discontinued due to the server shutdown. It's impossible to unlock this now.
