There are 3 types of challenges: Timed, Milestones and Goals.
Timed
You have 2 types here: daily and weekly and they reset respectively daily and weekly.
Challenges regarding Scarlett
* Caltrop:

* Barrage Blitz:, Hold , release
* Decoy Distraction: Hold
* Caltrop Calamity:
* Scarlett Present: Hold
, Decoy explodes
* Charged Arrow:, Hold , lock enemy.
Milestones
You can unlock those several times (tiers), max tier = 11. The higher the tier, the more XP/credits you earn.

You can only achieve those once.

* Village Defense: Add Scarlett to a level.
* Scarlett Level Up: Reach level 1 - 20 with Scarlett
* Scarlet Bow Kill: Kill an enemy with a Bow
* Scarlett Caltrops Kill: Kill an enemy with Caltrops
* Scarlett Charge Shot Kill: Kill an enemy with a Charge Shot
* Scarlett Kodite Barrage Kill: Kill an enemy with a Kodite Barrage
* Scarlett Decoy Kill: Kill an enemy while it is distracted by a decoy
* Scarlett Charged Arrow: Kill an enemy with a Charged Arrow
* Scarlett Decoy Trap Kill: Kill an enemy with a decoy trap
Note: Some powers/attacks are only available after reaching a certain level.

Side Note: If having trouble with dropped percentages then load up a game in crossroads and complete a quest or two with that hero. Several times my hero challenges have gone down in percentage and it appears fairly common to other people.
Just had Scarlett go from 98% to 84%...loaded up crossroads, did main quest and it popped the achievement, has happened with 3 heroes so far to me. Scarlett was last one for me, glad to be done!

From what I can tell this achievement and other "Champion Name" Challenge Masters appear to be bugged at the moment. As some users appear to have the achievement I must assume this wasn't always the case, but on multiple occasions I have logged in daily to do my daily challenges and lost % against these only to regain it after completing the challenge, in some cases losing more / less than gained.
At time of writing I am sitting around 54% across the board of all 4 champions. However I've previously been at 74% on Scarlett.
From what I've seen some hero's challenges will go towards others, i.e. I did all 4 and only got all the percentage against Kalsnor on one instance. If anyone has any clues or suggestions, please feel free to comment.

I did the last needed challenge for Scarlett and the Karlsnor achievement pops. 
and yeah, losing percentage, then gaining again, very very buggy achievements.

I've had the ones for Haakan, Karlsnor, and Scarlett unlock for me when I've been playing this over the past few days. I'm not sure if they fixed them or if I am getting lucky.

Achievement has been discontinued due to the server shutdown. It's impossible to unlock this now. Challenges are no longer available.

. Champion challenges will mention a hero by name. Each day, there will be one new daily challenge for Scarlett. There are also a small number of permanent ones.
Most daily challenges are something like "Kill/Damage X enemies with a certain attack." You may need to level Scarlett up to unlock certain attacks. I recommend doing this in crossroads. You might be able to complete the challenge in a user-made world, but that can be buggy.
You'll need to play on 20-50 days for 5-15 minutes to unlock this achievement.
