As far as i know you can only share a world when actually editing a world. while in edit mode press pause and go to the save option. from the save menu there is a save+share option. just press that and the achievement will be yours.

Achievement has been discontinued due to the server shutdown. It's impossible to unlock this now. No can share or remix worlds anymore.
