Since this game is getting shut down soon and the fact this achievement is annoying to do legitimately. I decided I would upload a video guide (since text is hard to follow for this kind of glitch) on how to do the glitch to get the achievement a much easier way.
The achievement will unlock in the area where you fight the Chainsaw Tediz. If it doesn't unlock right away it might be a little delayed.
Note: If you do this you can not do anything else on this run to get the achievement, this glitch breaks the game pretty much so you have to exit it and start a new one if you want to get any other achievements or play it.

There is a glitch that allows you to unlock this achievement without actually meeting the requirements. The glitch involves entering the Tediz log cutting camp by glitching over some walls, meaning that none of the Tediz will have loaded. Walking to the area where the achievement would normally unlock will cause the achievement to pop without you having to actually do anything.

Watch the below video for information on how to get into the Tediz log cutting camp. Make sure to perform the glitch before you access the Tediz log cutting camp for the first time.

The video starts right next to the entrance of the Tediz log cutting camp, behind the Cock and Plucker.


Please note that performing this glitch may mess up your game, and you may need to restart from the beginning after you get the achievement.

the game will be taken offline in August so do this the easy way, with a glitch. it should only take a few minutes from the start of the game. once you get dressed and ready to go with the CSBs, and pass through the first locked door, you will see a fence that triggers a scene showing you the bar.

directions:

you will be in the logging area where the boss would be. you must go backwards through the area, across the log bridge, and you'll see a blue poof of smoke hit conker. i believe this is where the MGS gameplay and barrel "despawns", and gets marked complete. keep going back a little until Birdy starts on the radio, then turn around and go back towards the tree barricade. this should trigger falling trees, then the boss. you don't need to use the barrel from the CSB at all, but you can actually get it and wear it through the whole game. it causes the Tedi boss to NOT shoot lasers, and only throw dirt, which is much easier to dodge.

*Edit* The only reason I posted this solution was because the top solution had the video removed.

If like me when trying to get it by playing the actual mission, the tediz glitch and never move or can always seem to detect you when your about to finish, this achievement can be almost impossible to get. From looking at the above solutions I figured out where you need to go in order to get this achievement without any issues.

Once you make it up to the cave just head to the right where the rocks are and jump through the trees continue throughout the level as normal nothing should load in and it will be easy to get to the end of the level. You cannot get through the trees in front of you when you first get through the cave.
