If you're reading this, you just played the new Title Update that suddenly uncompleted all the cheevs on your GC. Don't worry, there's a very good chance that this and all the other new cheevs will unlock as soon as you start playing and killing a few enemies and losing a few shields. I had to reinstall the game, but all my stats must still have been available. Once it was reinstalled, I had the new extra 1,000 GS within 2 minutes.
To note, I played on the exact same difficulty and as the same character that I used when I previously played it, just in case that mattered to whatever was keeping track of my stats.
