Pretty straightforward, obtained on completion of Mission 2.
The sortie will take place at higher altitudes than Mission 1 so as long as you keep an eye on the altitude to make sure you don't get too close to flying into terrain you'll have the whole sky.
I chose multi-target anti-air missiles to help with painting multiple targets when the second wave shows up and you fly head-to-head prior to the dogfight. Paired with some well-placed gunfire, it should thin the enemy force as your squad engages.
When taking down the heavy bomber, high-impact missiles works to maximize damage for a fast finish.
Lastly, if you haven't landed before its best to identify the runway and set up a distance away, slowly decreasing altitude while dropping speed (left bumper). If your angle is good, your speed should be about 50kts right as you start to cross the runway threshold. Power back as you hover above the runway until you touch didn then power all the way back to complete the mission.
