As the achievement states, you have to be the only survivor remaining that has not been converted and has escaped at the end of the round. From my experience, it seems that the escape pod does not count for this, so you will have to get this achievement by completing both objectives, don't get converted, and escape on the escape vehicle by yourself with no one else surviving on the Innocent Team.
You can get this as a Yeti, but you will void the survivor side win achievement by escaping alone as Yeti (need at least 1 other survivor to get that.) If you are doing this as a Yeti, you cannot side with Traitors and have to escape on the vehicle as a survivor alone for it to count.
