This can be done in single player practice.
Just set your buy in (I done 10000, in a head to head)
Simply go all in (
then 
) without checking your cards, your opponent will likely fold, job done. If they don't fold and you lose, just load the mode up again until you get it.
The plus side to doing it in practice mode is you don't use your own chips so it doesn't matter if you lose.
