You can do this one easily in a private game with a friend.
Set a ring game with a 100 chips buy-in/"game friends" lobby type, invite your friend and launch the game.
For each round, have the player playing first bet around 90-97 chips without going all-in, the other calls, and then the player not doing the achievement does a rebuy (press start -> rebuy) and folds on the next turn. It's more efficient than doing all-ins each turn as you will likely lose time.
Do that until a player reaches 800 chips, the achievement pops straight away. Then switch roles so the other player get 800 chips as well (should be faster as you can bet more).

I was up at 793.000 playing legit and thought I had this. Played for around 8-9 hours so I was super tired, just wanted to get across the finish line asap so I played som bad hands. Ended up quitting out when my stack was at 112.000. Haha,fuck me. Ohh, his is gonna be a patient achievement
