Each boss must be beaten individually before this becomes available. You will know if you have beaten them as the crest/badge in the rooftop option will be filled in.

Head-to-Head Tournament with The Mayor: 50000 Chips, 5000 REP, the 4th Boss Bobblehead, and the Mayor’s Rings (for left and right hands) become available for purchase in the Shop

Solo Rank 6

Tournament with The Bosses and 4 Henchmen: 50000 Chips, 5000 REP, and the four bosses’ outfits become available for purchase in the Shop

Head-to-Head Tournament with The Mayor: 100000 Chips, 7500 REP, Mayor Bobblehead, and the Mayor’s Suit becomes available for purchase in the Shop
