NOTE: This achievement seems to be glitched/missable at the moment. If you do not play the tutorial on your first time playing the game, you may not be able to get the achievement later on, even if you replay the mission later on. Keep this in mind as you start the game.
This achievement should be simple enough, all you have to do is complete the game's tutorial. When you start up the game for the first time, after you create your character, you're given the option to play the tutorial in exchange for learning the basics and getting some free stuff. Complete that and you'll get, what should be, your first achievement in the game.
If you did not play the tutorial right away, you can still play it under 'Single Player'. 'Whether the achievement will unlock playing it this way is yet to be confirmed.

I think you'll probably have to delete your save. I actually did the tutorial, but it didn't pop ;/

i have the same problem... i didn´t do the tutorial, and i think we have to delete our save... i´m going to have all the achievements, and then, i will delete my save

After starting up and playing the game for the first time, you'll be asked to create your character. Very soon after you accept the traits of your character, you will be asked if you want to play a tutorial to teach you the basics of the game. Within that, it will bribe you with a few credits and what not. Press "Yes".
You'll then play a few hands against a very smooth-sounding character nicknamed 'The Major' who will tell you what happened (or what you'll do) within a few hands. It doesn't take long. Immediately after, the trophy will pop.

I my case the trophy do not pop-up.
Later i was searching to repeat the tutorial, but I couldn't find it.
Finally trophy pop-up by going to find game->single player->solo->the deck Casino.
Follow exactly the tutorial comments.
