How to unlock the The Floor is Lava achievement in PROTOTYPE 2 - Definitive Guide
Easy chevo to get. Just find a tall building with a wide wall zigzag your way to the top. Once your close to the top, drop to the bottom don't touch the ground and repeat. you can use the same wall no need to jump to a new building.
Dont think u need to zigzag you should be able to just run up and down in a straight line

I got this by running ~70% of the distance from the south to the north in the green zone.
The achievement will also unlock if you just jump between 2 buildings for a few minutes though

All you need for this are two tall buildings. Run up one of the buildings and jump to the other, but make sure to use Air Dash as well as the Glide ability. After doing this for 2 minutes the trophy should be yours.
You can get this at nearly any point in the game (although easier with Movement upgrades). To do this you will just need to not land on the floor/roofs for a half-mile.

We find a tall building and start running along it, then let go just before the top , wait for the heller to drop lower and again run to the top 3-4 times and the trophy is yours.

On the first playthrough, it is better to leave it in the Red Zone, when both the flight is developed and the buildings are higher. My trophy came out at the beginning of the walk through the 3rd building.

There is another way to get the trophy at the very beginning of the game. Find not a tall building, but a long one. And run around its perimeter.
There are plenty of such buildings all over the area from the first missions; you don’t even have to go far.
