How to unlock the Who Watches the Watchers? achievement in PROTOTYPE 2 - Definitive Guide

I think this achievement is pretty straightforward but if you still don't understand dont worry i gotchu😋
All you need to do is just play the blacknet mission until you unlock this achievment,But if the blacknet doesn't appear you need to do the side mission (aka.blue circle with letter in it)to get the next blacknet star thinggies good luck

Blacknet targets are marked with symbols on your screen and map when they are nearby. Consume those targets whenever you see the symbol popping up above someones head. Once such a target is consumed a short memory cutscene will begin to play and you are informed about your new blacknet dossier progress. The targets appear randomly. Don't worry if you killed one by accident, they will respawn somewhere else until you consumed them.

This is gained by killing targets who are marked for "Hunting" and will come naturally about halfway or sooner depending on how many side missions you complete.

When approaching Fading points and trying to take tasks, the system will require a password that only certain people have. You have to find and absorb them. Also, while running around the city, you will occasionally come across people with a “yellow head icon”, they also have passwords to the Blacknet, absorb them and you will no longer need to look for them with the help of your new instinct.
