This achievement is story related, and can't be missed.
In order to make it to Cassie's house, make a left at a certain building. If you enter the building, you unlock the following story-related achievement:

When you get to the sign warning you about bees, take the tea kettle with you because bees don't like heat.
After you complete the mission, you unlock the achievement.

Same as Bob's Your Uncle achievement, this one is locked for me even though I completed the game.

It is not a tea kettle and it is not that bees don’t like heat. It’s called a Bee Smoker. A bee smoker is a device used in beekeeping to calm honey bees. It is designed to generate smoke from the smoldering of various fuels, hence the name.

Story related and can’t be missed*
Defeat Cassiopeia boss and reunite the four archetypes of her personality. In Green Needle Gulch, use the Bee Smoker to safely pass the Bees and reach Cassie’s Hives. Once inside head to top of the stairs and speak to Cassie. Enter her mind and complete the three areas to find her archetypes. Join forces with the archetypes to defeat the Die-Brarian.
Once Cassie’s archetypes reunite the achievement should unlock.
* I had to play though twice to get this to unlock. Like others I have had several achievements glitch and not unlock. It seems that using Quick Resume on the series consoles is causing problems with unlocking achievements. Make sure that you quit the game completely each time you finish playing and don't leave this title in Quick Resume. All four of the achievements that didn't unlock for me on the first playthrough unlocked when not using QR.

Cassie's Collection is entered by going west from the Heptadome in Green Needle Gulch and entering the mind of Cassie O'Peia, the compartmentalist of the Psychic Six. Her mind shows the fractured psyche she has developed since then, where her Librarian archetype has developed control over the other three and tasks you with acquiring them. In here, you'll acquire the final power, the Archetype PSI Power, which develops a paper-thin version of Raz to sneak through bars, go through mail slots, and to distract enemies for you in combat.
The final boss, the Librarian herself, will require a multitude of Telekinesis shots to weaken. Using the collective debris around the battlefield, bring her health down enough for one of the other Archetypes to throw a sharp object, allowing you to deal larger damage to her. Once you've knocked her down enough, she will fall before you and expose an opening for the Raz Archetype to sneak in and open her up from within. Repeat this three times to finish her off and mend Cassie's mind.
