This achievement is story related, BUT, it can be missable in a way. When you enter the grave after the pursuit in the graveyard, you will start gliding through a hole, and there will be three platforms that you can land. When you land, you will notice a door, each of the three platforms will have a door that will trigger a cutscene when you enter. You will have to see all the three cutscenes and finish the level for the achievement unlock.
But, if you somehow get past a platform, there will be no way back, and you will lose the cutscene, and the achievement will be lost.
I realized this cuz i didn't trigger the third cutscene after i got past right through the platform, and when i finished the level, the achievement didn't unlock. I got back to the level, entered the third door but the cutscene didn't trigger, making the achievement lost for this playthrough. I don't know if this is just a bug or it was intended this way, so, just try not to lose a platform and its cutscene.
PS: If you get past a platform, you can exit the game and load again on the latest autosave, that will probably get you started on the whole gliding. BUT keep in mind, if you land on the end of this section, the game will autosave and there will be no way back.

I didn't trigger the 3rd cutscene and got the achievement. I was trying to jump on the shark for the tag before going into the 3rd room, and missed.

I didn't land on any of the platforms or see any of the cut scenes and it popped for me. Must've been a bug they patched out.

By completing all three aspects of Ford's broken psyche, you are able to enter the Tomb of the Sharkophagus. In here, Ford is willing to show you the truth behind what happened with the Psychonauts and the battle against Maligula at the Deluge of Grulovia, including what happened to Maligula afterwards. There is no boss fight for this world, but you may end up needing to return to get the vault or baggage tag unless you focus them down prior to following the story.
