This is a simple achievement and one that will come naturally as you'll be going back through several of the worlds to mop up collectables. If you want it as soon as possible, it goes as follows:
After entering the Collective Unconscious for the first time as part of the story, you need to leave it using the Smelling Salts. Before you do that however, you'll see there are two open doors that you can enter. Simply pick one and the achievement will unlock.

Once you've returned to the Motherlobe from the Luctopus Casino, you'll be taken to the Brain Tumbler with Sasha Nein and unlock access to the Collective Unconscious. Here, you can return to any of the minds you previously accessed to recover any figments or other collectibles you may have missed. While you can access any mind using it, it would be better to wait until you've finished the story so you have access to every power. Some worlds, such as Compton's Cook-off, actually has an unlock with the final baggage tag that won't be truly accessible until then for some.

After completion of the second mission (where you enter someone else's brain), you are given the task to find Lilly. While trying to do so you are intercepted by Sasha who has some stern words for you and takes you to the collective unconscious which automatically locks the story achievement:

From here you can unlock Forget My Keys by simply reentering any of the available brains you've already completed (only two will be available at this point, but more will appear as the game progresses).
