After the Luctopus Casino level, you'll return to the Motherlobe. Head to the Nerve Center and Sasha will pull you aside. When the following scenes conclude and you regain control of Raz, this achievement should unlock.

If it's part of the story, why didn't it come out?

Not popping for me. I'm past this point in the story, and have entered and re-entered the Collective Unconscious, to no avail.

After returning to the Motherlobe, Sasha will want to have a word with you about the ramifications you caused with Hollis by taking you into the Brain Tumbler. Through this, you can reconnect with past minds you've dived into, though it would be within your interest to wait until after the story is completed, as some powers may be necessary that you won't have access to early on. Another condition is that there are some things that change after the story that would be better for you to wait for.
