How to unlock the Make It Stop! achievement in Psychonauts 2 - Definitive Guide

The Gramaphones are slightly hidden, but if you are replaying the brain and using the bubble warp guy, they are quite close to the spots he takes you:

1. The little door with a light on it right behind the car when it first comes to a stop in "The Fall of Grulovia".

2. Use Projection to enter the door behind Maligula's statue near the beginning of "Life In Exile".

3. There's a hidden door inside the giant tree trunk on the way down to your car in "Infiltrating the Psychonauts".

Finished the game. Revisited the level broke all three gramophones and no achievement. There are so many buggy achievements in this game.

Played through, smashed all 3 gramophones and no achievement. Didn’t get the last two story achievements either!

Has anyone been able to find a workaround on this if not unlocked on first run through?

I found the 2nd and 3rd on my original run through, went back through the Collective Unconscious and smashed the 1st - no unlock. Went back and smashed 2nd and 3rd - no unlock. Is there a way to reset the level to playthrough with the music playing? Going back through and smashing the non-playing gramophones does nothing. Hard to see a way to unlock this now.

Not bugged for me.. After revisiting I missed 2/3 then followed a guide to what location they were and unlocked no problem after smashing them.

If you missed the 3rd one; you just need to take a ride in the teacup from the Exile checkpoint in the collective conscious and when it stops use your Mental Connection to climb back up and you're good. NOTHING IS MISSABLE

If your achievement doesn't unlock then you either
1. Used quick resume and never fully quit the game; ( i noticed it when I never got the achievement for the 2nd level)
2. Got extremely unlucky and gotta do it again sucks I know but hey it could be worse.

When you visit the mind of Nick Johnsmith in Psychonauts 2, you will have the opportunity to obtain the "Make it Stop!" Achievement/Trophy. To achieve this, you just need to destroy the 3 gramophones that are hidden in his mind. If you missed them during your first visit, you just have to restart the level called "Fatherland Follies".

Fatherland Follies is the last level of the game. You will be on an amusement style ride and will stop in three distinct areas that you can explore. Each of these areas has a hidden gramaphone that you can destroy by attacking them.

Within Fatherland Follies, the last mental mindscape of Psychonauts 2, there will be an annoying theme song that will play during each phase of the attraction ride. To silence the song, you need to find all three gramaphones and break them for good.

The first gramaphone is found upon your first exit from the cart. Right behind you is a door built into one of the prop displays, where the gramaphone awaits.

The second gramaphone, found during Maligula's rise, is actually within the crypt behind the statue of Maligula. Enter it and smash the record player!

The third gramaphone is found within Gristol's scheme phase. Once you have full control over the attraction and can run through it, head back through the tree trunk that led down to the battle arena you were trapped in. Before jumping down using Mental Connection, there is a hidden door to the right in the hall that hides the last gramaphone you can break, unlocking this trophy.
