How to unlock the Power Play achievement in Psychonauts 2 - Definitive Guide

To upgrade your badges you need to use Intern Credits. You earn one each time you rank up. There are four slots for each badge. This will come naturally but if you want to get it out of the way early, the easiest and quickest would be the Levitation Badge (around 10 total credits, if I recall correctly).

Press cn_back
Use cn_LB and cn_RB to navigate to the second tab (it's red)
Choose a badge and upgrade it by pressing cn_A
Once you upgrade it fully (four slots) the achievement will unlock.

Doesn't seem the be unlocking for me. Is this a Quick Resume issue?

@SmallGenie549 as an achievement hunter you should really try to avoid quick resume as it has so many reported issues across so many games regarding achievements

Through rigorous activities, Razputin will level up and earn Intern Credits. These credits can then be turned around to invest in your Badges, which will increase the abilities of whatever you're using. Early on, you may want to invest in Mental Connection to have access to the dark thoughts, or perhaps your PK melee attacks; either way, you will need to reach Rank 4 within one badge to get this trophy. The second trophy of this will require you to obtain everything else, which will be Clairvoyance's Rank 4 that requires your level to be 102.
