You just need to reach level 50 by collecting figments, emotional baggage and memory vaults to easily increase its level.

This is similar to the other ranking trophies:
Levels in Psychonauts 2 work the same as before, with added ways to get them. You will level up from:
-) Completing sidequests (helping Dion raise the tent, finding Queepie six times, completing Norma's scavenger hunt, and resetting the Psychoseismometers for Gisu).
-) Finding 9 PSI Cards around the Motherlobe and combining it with a PSI Core from the Otto-matic.
-) Finding a fully formed PSI Challenge Marker.
-) Finding 100 figments, cumulatively across the minds of those you'll invade.
-) Collecting the Nuggets of Wisdom within minds.
-) Collecting emotional baggage.
If you've been taking your time collecting all of the figments, vaults, nuggets, side-quests, et cetera you come across, you can find this before the halfway point in the game. Otherwise, you'll acquire this without trying by running through the minds during post-story to collect everything you've missed.
