How to unlock the Health Junkie achievement in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS - Definitive Guide

This achievement can also be obtained by using a single Adrenaline Syringe, as using one puts your boost gauge to 100% automatically. I can confirm this works, as that's how I unlocked the achievement.

If you can't find an Adrenaline Syringe, you can also get to full boost by using either two painkillers (60 boost each), three energy drinks (40 boost each), or one painkiller and one energy drink (exactly 100 boost.)

I got super lucky and the first house I went into on my last game had 4 Energy Drinks!

Yeah, with the addition of Sanhok to the game, finding the required loot for this makes it even easier than it already was on the first two maps.

Seems to be the case with this game this week. My friend unlocked this today after taking an Adrenaline Syringe, so hopefully once BlueHole gets their shit sorted out, a bunch of achievements will pop for people.

I have tried this over and over again and it just won't pop even though my boost gauge gets full.

I have tried this with just energy drinks, just painkillers, and a mix of the two. The only thing I haven't found is an adrenaline syringe. I've been fully boosted at least 10 times by now but have not had this achievement unlock.

Something to try for everyone that has yet to get this to unlock: when you guys are getting your boost gauge to max, are you already at full health? Both my duo partner and I got this after popping an adrenaline shot trying to recover our health. Perhaps if you're already at full health when you overdose, it doesn't count, as the game wants to see the overdose heal health?

I tried doing the painkiller/energy drink combo and the achievement didn't pop. I believe I was at full health, but I don't remember for sure.

I used an adrenaline syringe at full health and it popped.

Another possibility is that by the time you use the painkiller and energy drink, your energy meter has worn off below 100% due to the casting time of the items, so maybe using another painkiller/energy drink will put you over the 100%.

Still bugged.

Edit: popped 2 hours after my second try.

This requires you to fill up your energy boost with use of energy boost items, such as energy drinks, painkillers or adrenaline syringes. The latter fills it up to 100% immediately but are rare to find, unlike the drinks and painkillers being quite everywhere and easy to find. Simply hoard up on a few of these and fill up your energy meter while in a match and you'll unlock this.

There are a few ways to do this, but so long as your Adrenaline Bar maxes out, the achievement will unlock. The easiest way is to use an Adrenaline Syringe. Any combination of Painkillers and Energy Drinks will also work but note that your Adrenaline Bar must hit 100% for the achievement to unlock.

You will get it naturally. Just keep using boosters until the bar fill.

This can also be done with the adrenaline syringe as your bar will fill entirely.
