looks like the only grenades that track are the frag ones (not the molotovs) the "easy" way would be waiting until the end of the plane ride and look for nades to blow up the AFKs.

Keep in mind that if you get a 'knock' with a frag it won't count. You will have to get the kill itself. If you are playing a solo match there are no knocks. If squads or duo, try holding your nades for guys knocked for better results.
