Easy achievement, should take you just a minute or two.

-You need to take 30 pictures of dogs wagging their tails

-TA user SoHungee reports that you can take a picture of the same dog over and over "Hold down (the petting button) to "pet" for like 5 seconds - it makes the dog wag longer. Then just spam the camera until it pops"

-You can find dogs wagging their tails particularly if they have a stick or are near a stick (you can find these on the ground and throw them, they are also in the Vending machines)

You can also make them wag their tails by petting them, which you unlock after completing some of the very first Objectives in the game (can be done within minutes of starting)

Objectives are viewed from the Main Menu) in the game, make sure to select the Objective from the menu and manually confirm to complete it after you've fulfilled the specified task (I can't fully recall which task it was exactly, I think it's the one where you need to get ~10 followers)

Approach a dog and pet it to make it friendly and wagging it's tail, now take a picture

Delete ("Recycle") pictures from the main menu interface as your camera roll fills up to free space.

-The achievement should pop almost immediately after the 30th photo
-It does not need to be a group of 30 dogs
-I can't confirm whether or not they need to be different dogs

Dogs will tend to wag their tail more often when they are friendly, meaning you should pet them before you take their photo.
