How to unlock the Cove Explorer achievement in Pupperazzi - Definitive Guide
Lighthouse Cove is the 1st area that you start in, but you will have to unlock all of the times of day to get this achievement first, and it was one of the last where I had access to all of them. So expect for this to come after the other achievements for taking close ups on all times of day.
*Some people have been reporting that the new timeslots never unlocked for them, even over multiple playthroughs. This could be a bug or a fluke. I am not sure.
*There was no wiki when I wrote this so some of the specifics here are fuzzy but this solution should still work for you. Please leave more info in the comments if you can.
Unlocking all of the times of day for a level
*The final time of day (Morning) for Lighthouse seemed to unlock for me on the Buppy Boardwalk (2nd stage) level when completing Objectives
As far as I know you unlock all of the "Times of day" by completing more Objectives, confirmed in some cases. Certain levels seemed to have all of the times unlocked immediately and others didn't. If you are having trouble completing an objective, try going to another stage and making progress there, then come back.
-You can see if a certain time of day has Objectives by checking to see if it has an orange dot over the graphic you see when selecting the level from the map, and the orange dot will disappear once all are finished for that time of day. Complete all of the objectives for every unlocked time of day and the other times should unlock.
Taking the close up pictures
-Once all of the times of day are unlocked, get close to a dog (you can crouch to be sure) and take a close up picture of their face
-Do this for every time of day on the level, leaving the area via main menu after getting the picture
-After the last photo the achievement should pop almost immediately.

I completed every objective and the cloudy time of day won't unlock.
Has this happened to anyone else?

^^ Yes it has happened to me and I am uncertain what to do. I am too far in to want to start another save.

Unlocking Different Times of Day
First and foremost, you can unlock different times of day for the four levels by COMPLETELY clearing all objectives within a time of day in a level. For example, fully clearing out all of lighthouse cove's nighttime objectives will unlock a new time of day for another level.
Now the order of unlocks should be fairly random, however I did find a tendency for clearing one level's time of day to unlock the next levels time of day. For example, I found that clearing boardwalk stages will unlock if muttropolis stages if available. It is only when the next level has no more stages left to unlock that it turns to rng. However, this is only my experience.
You can tell if you have objectives remaining in a given level's time of day by a yellow '!' in the bottom right hand corner of the time of day icon.
Completing Lighthouse Cove Objectives
-Photo of Sea Dog: From where you spawn, directly to the left you will see a dog in a yellow poncho thing. Aim and snap.
-Photo of Dog and Lighthouse: This can be done easily with dog and lighthouse in portrait mode at the same time, so read that description and follow to get this as well.
-Photo of Friendly Dog: Literally go up to any dog and hold the interact button ('left mouse' for pc) and you will see hearts floating around. Hold for about 3 seconds and you should see the hearts continue to float around. This shows the dog is friendly. Now with the hearts floating around, jsut aim and snap.
-Playing with stick: Right in front of the vending machine, you will see a stick. Just pick it up, and drop it directly in front of a dog. Once the dog picks the stick up in their mouth, aim and snap.
-Dog on sailboat from below: This one is simple. In between the lighthouse and the beach, you'll notice there's a small boat that's floating on the water. There will always be a doggo on the boat, so just whip out your camera, press the crouch button ('c' if on pc), aim and snap.
-Photo of Dog and Lighthouse in Portrait: You can easily do this along with the goal of taking a picture of the dog on the sailboat. Just get in position for that objective and make sure you are aiming camera towards lighthouse in the background as well. Then press the orientation button ('r' on pc), aim and snap.
-Professional Photo: This requires you to take a centered picture of a dog. So just go up to any doggo and take a picture when he is looking at the camera. If the dog's just fucking around, pet him for a while and they will start to look at you with hearts.
-Shy Dalmation: Below the palm trees on the beach, you will see some bananas lying around. You need to pick up one of the bananas and walk around with it until you find the dalmation. You can easily identify a dalmation as they are a white dog with spots on their body. Once you have found the dalmation with the banana in hand, just drop the banana in front of the dalmation. The dalmation will interact the banana, and that gives you your cue to aim and shoot. If you don't drop the banana, the dalmation will run off because it's 'shy'.
-Dog Sleeping Under Boat: On the right hand side of the beach, you will notice a boat sort of in a 70 or so degree angle. Walk close to that boat, and you will notice a sleeping dog taking shelter under the boat. Aim and snap.
-Old Timey Photo: You will need the black and white film pack for this. So purchase that, and equip the basic black and white film. Should be the second icon from the film select. Just take any old photo with that filter on.
-Flashbulb Dizzy: You will need to purchase the flashbulb upgrade. Once purchased, you need to turn on the flashbulb option from the camera menu. Now that is turned on, walk up to any dog and take a picture of it. You'll notice a flash effect ofc and the dog will have purple swirls floating around their heads. This indicates they are dizzy. While the swirls are poppin off, aim and snap.
-Far Out Pack: You need to buy the far out pack from the vending machine for this. Once purchased, equip any of the far out films from the camera menu and then snap any old photo.
