How to unlock the Portrait Artist achievement in Pupperazzi - Definitive Guide

This achievement is easier if you are crouching, as you will be eye level with the dog when you snap the photo. Simply crouch and get near a dog, then snap a photo of their face.

Can also be combined with Blep by petting the dog first before taking the picture

I cannot get this one, and I have no idea why. If I still don't have it by the time I get everything else, I'll try deleting my save.

After finishing everything else and still not being able to unlock this one, I deleted my save. That didn't work, so I deleted my save again and installed the game on PC. I did exactly what this video did, and the achievement finally unlocked.

I was having the same issue as KinectKid. I deleted my save and uninstalled the game. Then reinstalled, played for 5 minutes and completed the first few objectives to unlock portrait mode. Took multiple close up portrait shots of the seadog in the raincoat and achievement unlocked. Just make sure you are crouched.
