In order to unlock this achievement, you must gain 10 DIFFERENT accolades, as opposed to the achievement for gaining 1 accolade 10 times. This will come with natural progression through career mode, and you should get it early on. Here are 10 very easy accolades to get. These can be obtained in single player, or multuiplayer, 9 ball or 8 ball.

Play a game.
Pot 1 ball off the break.
Pot 2 balls off the break.
Pot 3 balls off the break.
Win a game with no fouls.
Knock a ball off the table.
Pot a ball further than 160cm from the cue ball.
Pot a ball further than 200cm from the cue ball.
Pot a ball further than 240cm from the cue ball.
Pot 5 balls in corner pockets consecutively.
