This is obviously straight forward: win 6 online games in a row. However, I have found that you can boost this on one console if you have 2 Live accounts you can switch between. How does it work?
Login with your main account and launch Pure Pool. Once you are loaded in and can access the main menu by pushing
go to My Profile --> Account Picker and switch to your secondary account. This will take you back out to the main splash screen. Press 
to load in. Press to access the main menu and switch back to your main account using My Profile --> Account Picker. From there you will have to press again to load back in. Now you will be able to start an online game by pressing and choosing Players and selecting your secondary account from the All Players or Friends list. It is VERY IMPORTANT you make sure the secondary account shows as being offline (it will have a red bar to the right of the gamerpic). Press on your secondary account and then again to invite. Choose your Game Type (I chose 8-Ball) and press . This will generate the invite. Now switch back to your secondary account using the previously described process. Press and choose My Games and select the one that is from your main account and press to choose it and then again to accept the game invite. From here the game will launch. The game randomly assigns who will have first break so you may have to switch back to your main account and go into My Games and choose the game against your secondary account to do the break.

I found what was quickest was after I missed a shot with my main account, when I got to place the ball with my secondary account I placed it to sink a ball that was for my main account. I highly suggest ensuring you win the match using your main account to ensure you get credit for the online win as I found that winning by having my secondary account illegally sink the 8 ball to lose didn't give me credit (for all I know it could've been a game issue at the time I was doing it). This is a tedious way to do this, and I did find that the achievements didn't quite pop as expected (I got my 3 in a row after my 5th straight win, 6 in a row after my 11th straight win, and 9 in a row after my 14th straight win. There were server issues when I was doing this so that may be why.), but in lieu of winning against randoms or trying to boost with a partner, you can do it locally with 2 Live accounts on one Xbox One
