In order to unlock this achievement, you have to pot 3 balls off the break. This is a pretty simple achievement. It comes down to placing the que ball in the correct spot prior to the break, and also adding top spin to the que. Top spin is applied so after the que hits, it doesn’t bounce back, it continues going through hitting more balls along the way, subsequently increasing your chance of more balls being potted. If you are struggling on this achievement, keep trying it, play around with different que positions, you WILL unlock it eventually. The following video includes how to pot 3 balls off the beak. Again this should be natural to unlock, especially if you're using full power and top spin on every break. Due to it having more balls, this is statistically easier to get while playing 8-Ball, however I find it easier on 9-Ball simply because the balls don't get in the way of each other. Just make sure you use full power and have top spin on the cue ball so it might hit into an object ball and knock it in.
