i have 11 atv slots {: and 1 is locked i ahve won every event tho and cnt get this to unlock any help ???

As you progress through the World Tour mode and unlock new stages (see 'No Messing' for further details), you will earn all sorts of upgrades as well as new slots in your garage to build your bikes.
