When your Kick meter is full, turn so the bandit you're fighting in front of a trap, such as a piano, a barrel, or a window, and kick. He will go flying into the trap, and a message will pop up on the left side of the screen telling you the name of the trap, like "Double Barrelled." Keep kicking enemies and you're bound to kick one into a trap because they're everywhere.
