You do not need a friend for this, the Kinect doesn't notice if you fill the role of both people.
Choose "Challenges", then flip the card on the left to "Multiplayer" and flip the card on the right to "Number of Rounds - 3". Choose "Shape Up" as your challenge, since it is the easiest to lose quickly. Now just stand still. The quicker you lose, the quicker this achievement will be yours. After each round you will have to hit "Continue" 2 or 3 times, then stand still some more. This should pop when it announces which player has won.

Just an FYI you can couple this with the high score achievement of whichever mini game chosen.

Head to the Challenges Menu, change the single player card to Multiplayer then change the number of rounds to three. Select any game (Shape Up is the quickest) and trade wins between your two players. This is done with a single controller.

From the main menu, head over to challenges. Then select multiplayer and make sure the rounds are set to three. You can choose either to play it alone or with a friend as the multiplayer mode is simultanious. Just make sure you win.
