How to unlock the Light on my Feet achievement in Puss In Boots - Definitive Guide

The second level (Santa Maria - hotel) has three sneaking sequences.

During my first couple of attempts, I assumed that "perfect" sneaking would involve being slow, steady, and cautious. This is not the case. Perfection is judged based on speed.

Run in place as quickly as you can whenever "sneak" appears on the screen. When it cuts to a screen of someone looking for you and says "freeze" stop running. If done correctly, you should have to freeze no more than once on any sequence.

The achievement will pop as soon as the sneaking sequence ends and you will be awarded a score of 5,000 for the perfect sneak.

Useful information. I thought you had to be as careful as possible too. Thanks.

Nor that anyone is ever going to read this, but if you somehow are: perfecting any (as opposed to all of them) of the sneaking sequences will do. I got the achievement after the first sequence in the lobby. You can finish the whole sequence in one sprint, won’t even have to freeze once.

There are many opportunities to earn this trophy. When you are required to sneak, rapidly move the and up and down as fast as you can. When it says “freeze” on the screen, don’t move. Wait for it to say “sneak” before continuing on. Being able to do perfect sneaks will be crucial to getting a gold rating on a few levels.

Reach the destination as fast as possible without getting caught. If you're using the Kinect, just run in place. You don't have to sneak slowly like Puss is doing in the level. Just make sure to freeze in time. The fewer the amount of times you freeze, the better your score. Here's a video of how fast you should be going to achieve a perfect sneak. He's using the PS3 Move by the way, which makes it look so much easier. Maybe this will give you an idea of how its done. Thanks to RazTehWaz
