The easiest way to grind this achievement and all the other chain achievements would be to play Endless Fever mode.
This mode can be found under Solo > Challenge > Endless Fever.
This mode gives you chain setups and simply requires you to start the chain. Not every chain setup given to you will result in a 7 chain, but I have been able to get up to a 15 chain playing this mode.
It is fairly easy to get All Clears in this mode too, allowing to work on those respective achievements at the same time.

The Screen Cleaner (x100) achievement in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 worth 72 pointsPerformed an All Clear 100 times in completed matches
The Screen Cleaner (x150) achievement in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 worth 117 pointsPerformed an All Clear 150 times in completed matches
Make sure to finish the match (either by topping out or letting the timer run out) in order to have the game track your progress for the achievements.

Start up the Adventure Mode and play through until you get to Level 5 P1. The Ruleset is Fever Trial and once you play it a few times you'll figure out the way to get chains and can easily get 3-7 chains every drop.
If you don't wanna play the adventure mode, go to Main Menu > Solo > Challenge > Endless Fever and play this to unlock the chain, all clear, and puyo popping related achievements.
In Adventure Mode Level 5 P1 or Endless Fever you can simultaneously work towards the following achievements:
