Go to Main Menu > Solo > Challenge > Tiny Puyo. Select any character. Go to Game Setting and select None for Time Count. Go to Handicap and select Sweet (this allows for 3 Puyo Colors).
Start the game and hold down and right to make the pieces fall down and to the right fast. Now all you need is some luck and patience.
