If you have two Xboxes with this game, you can boost this easily by yourself. Click Main Menu > Online > Connect Online? Yes > Free Play > Versus > Battle. Press Y on your main account to create a room:
Privacy: Public
Playstyle: Tetris
Select OK
Set Count: None
Win Count: 1
Quick/Hard Drop: Default
Hold: On (probably doesn't matter)
Select Create Room
Search for rooms in Versus Battle with other account and enter your main's room.
Start game and have the loser press up until they lose. Achievement should pop for the main account.
