Go to Main Menu > Solo > Challenge > Endless Fever and play this to unlock the chain, all clear, and puyo popping related achievements. Specifically for all clear, you need to have all of the puyos clear before the next drop (you will see "All Clear" on the screen with a specific sound if you did it right). Playing this mode consistently will net you this achievement, faster is you're good at the game endless fever type.
