Complete chapter IV defeating Arokk in the Arena. He isn't the first arena battle, but is the one after the Golem so you can jump in and level up on the lower battles first (about 5?)
You can use the side-quests in the area to get an item that drains all his power, but I found him too tough on the DeathBringer difficulty even with this so just swapped to Hard for this battle and then put it back up.

You will face this enemy in Act IV. This boss shouldn't be a big deal. You will meet him at the final of the arena. If you have problems with this boss you can always change your difficulty. Train your skills is also a good option. It's not a minigame, just a random fight against a littlebit stronger boss.
There are no special medals related for this boss, so you can just win this one on the easyest difficulty if you like.
