At the bottom of the home screen choose "Kingdom" and search for one to join. The achievement will pop as soon as you join one and you don't have to stay, but you mine as well as you can earn free stuff from your kingdom (they're basically guilds).

Prolly worth mentioning you have to be level 3 before this option becomes available, too.

The, Pants, Party
Once you hit Level 3, you can view the Kingdoms menu and you'll find a large number of available Kingdoms. Most will be public so you can just join quickly to get the achievement. You can also create your own Kingdom for 5k Gold if you'd prefer. I'd suggest trying to join a fairly full Kingdom as you will get some decent rewards of gold and keys just by being a member and playing the game.
