Based on the details from the Puzzle Quest 3 website:
6 August - Season starts [ended]
20 August - Chapter II unlocks [started]
3 September - Chapter III unlocks
As with previous seasons, mark the dates and complete the story missions to pop the achievement.
If you miss them, they can be replayed in Battles -> Archives either by using gems or crowns (i.e., real cash), depending on when you access it. Either way it's really not worth the resources so do them when they are released.

Usually after the next season has concluded, I believe (not 100% sure as I hardly buy the previous seasons from archives)
