As the achievement says you only need to finish one ROUND of battle royale without getting hit by an enemy rocket. Not the the whole match.
It is actually not that difficulty if you play against 1 easy bot. Just make combos, fill the color meter, send rockets and send defense when the AI sends a rocket.
Alternatively you can get this done with a boosting buddy.
