After finishing chapter 9, and before chapter 10 starts, there is more story interlude.
Once again you have to shove your arm in a hole (yellow this time), and afterwards, the achievement will unlock.
It is story related, so good news is that you cannot miss it.

So I completed chapter 9, put my arm in the cube and got the power but no achievement......
