This achievement is for completing SECRET 1 Q.19 ten times. You unlock SECRET 1 after completing a few levels in PRIMARY 2. You'll also need to complete some levels out of the first 10 in SECRET 1 before the full twenty levels are available to you.
This level doesn't give you a clear objective like the other levels, instead only telling you "You know what to do". To complete the level you have to touch the question mark block with the person, and then touch the mushroom that falls from the sky with the person.
To do this continuously mash
to restart the level, and create a small block under the person's foot. Then drop a heavy object onto the very edge of the person's foot, and they should be flung up into the question mark box, and then into the mushroom.
