You unlock SECRET 1 after completing a few levels in PRIMARY 2. You'll also need to complete some levels out of the first 10 in SECRET 1 before the full twenty levels are available to you.

For this, you don't even need to draw. Just move the hand cursor on the lowest possible pixel that has a white hand instead of a grey hand, then press 
to retry, and then milliseconds after, hold
