This achievement is for a level in SECRET 1, which you'll unlock after completing a few levels in PRIMARY 2.
For this achievement you need to complete SECRET 1 Q.11 with just 1 drawing. This level is extremely easy - just create a small pole that is leaning slightly to the right. When dropped the pole will set off a chain of Rube Goldberg-esque dominoes that will eventually touch the pink area, finishing the level.
