Easiest way to get this done is to plug in a controler and start a level and leave to do something else. This game is quite frustrating and you will most likely get this anyway if you decide to 100% it but for those who want to knock this out of the way early, just start a game and go to sleep, go to work, etc. If you come back over 10 hours later the achievement will be yours.

also, if you are signed into TrueAchievement, the games page shows you have much time you have played the game for so you will know how much time you have left at any given time.
