This achievement is quite simple. First you must unlock the level Q32 in the second set Primary 2.
You need to move the Moai statue to the left side. Just keep placing a bunch of shapes on the top right until the statue is pushed into the red area on the left.
EDIT: Thanks to Geoffistopheles for pointing out that the base of the statue needs to touch the red area. If it topples over, it will not count.
Do this 10 times and the achievement will unlock

Any easy solution to this one is to drop a mountain of balls on the right side and it will keep pushing left.
