This is 55 unique puzzles in the game, so repeating challenges won't work. However, if you're going for the completion, you won't need to put in any extra effort, as there are 43 achievements for specific puzzles in one move and one achievement worth 19 solutions for a total of 62 to get this along the way.
That's not to say these are the only puzzles that can be done in one move, but the guides are already there and with the exception of Primary 1, you earn a separate achievement for each one, so why not?
The only exception is Special 1.8, which is the only puzzle you can solve in 0 moves. Just wait.

Unfortunately, you can't repeat puzzles for progress--you must play 55 different puzzles and solve in one move each. However, if you get all the other achievements for solving puzzles in 1 move each, you'll have more than enough for this achievement!
There are other puzzles which you can do in one move than just the 1-move achievement puzzles, and the earliest possible chance to get this is Secret #15 going by my solved puzzles. Secret #15 is puzzle #115 out of 140 total.

I tried this and I don't see how this works. I have the Achievement progress snapped and it never changes. I have done this about 50 times in case but still nothing. Are you sure it's not 30/55 different Q's?

Okay glad it wasn't just me 
yeah I have the first 20 Q's complete and 19 total completed in 1 move. I have tried many of these over again in 1 move and the progress does not go up
