SECRET 2 is unlocked by completing any 7 levels from Q.11 to Q.20 in SECRET 1.
This achievement is for completing Q.27 of SECRET 2 using only a single drawing. Create a hook above the hanger, and put a large weight one one side of the hook. When dropped the hook should swing around, pulling the hanger down.
